For riders
YOUR CITY. YOUR WAY.
Bike for speed. Auto for everyday travel. Cab for comfort. Five options across two, three and four wheels — choose the one the journey needs, see the estimate before you confirm, and watch it come to you. Carpool and Intercity are being built alongside them.
Ride Options
YOUR RIDE. YOUR WAY.
Five ways to move through the city. One account, one upfront estimate, one standard of care — choose whichever fits the journey.
How booking works
Four steps
FROM TAP TO ARRIVAL.
Four steps end to end, and only the first two are yours. Everything past the option you pick is the platform working: matching, routing, tracking, settling.
- 01
Set your route
Confirm the pickup the map has already placed you on, then enter where you are going. Saved places turn the trips you make every day into a single tap.
- 02
Compare and choose
Bike, Auto, Go, Prime and XL appear side by side with an estimate for your route, so capacity, comfort and cost are all decided before anything is booked.
- 03
Get matched
Dispatch offers the trip to captains near you and confirms the first to accept. Their name, vehicle and number plate arrive with them, and you watch the car approach on the map.
- 04
Travel and arrive
Follow the route as you go, share the trip with someone if you want them along for it, and settle the fare in the app. An itemised receipt files itself into your history.
Fares are quoted in the app for the route you enter. RideNova publishes no price list, because a fare varies by city, option, distance and demand.

WHAT COMES AS STANDARD.
The six things below are not a tier, a subscription or an add-on. They are the floor: the same on the cheapest auto as on the largest car.
An estimate before you confirm
The fare for your route is quoted up front, while you are still choosing. We quote the trip in front of you rather than publish a price list, because a fare depends on the city, the option and the moment.
A verified captain
Identity, licence and vehicle documents are checked and held on file, and onboarding is completed before a captain takes a first trip.
Live tracking, end to end
The vehicle position and the remaining route update on your screen from the moment the trip is accepted until the moment you step out.
A trip you can share
Send a live link from the trip screen. Whoever receives it follows the route and the arrival time in a browser, with nothing to install.
Emergency help, one tap away
Emergency assistance sits on the trip screen itself, with your live location attached, so reaching help never depends on finding a number first.
Support, and a record after
Rider support is reachable from the trip screen and from your ride history, and every completed trip leaves an itemised receipt behind it.
Shared rides

SHARE THE ROUTE. SHARE THE COST.
Travelling the same way? Travel together.
Carpool matches riders already heading in a similar direction onto one route, so a car that was carrying one person carries three. Fewer vehicles for the same number of journeys is the point — the lower fare is the consequence.
Who you match with
Riders whose pickup and drop sit close to a route already being driven, in the same direction, within the same departure window.
How pickup works
You walk a short distance to a pickup point on the route rather than the car detouring to your door. That is what keeps the trip short for everyone in it.
Seats and the fare
A capped number of seats per vehicle, each fare set before you confirm. You see your own price up front and it does not change if someone joins after you.
When nothing matches
No match, no wait. If the route has no one to share with by departure, you are offered a standard ride at the standard fare instead of being held.

CITY TO CITY, WITHOUT THE FRICTION.
The trip between two cities, booked like a trip across one.
Intercity is the longer journey treated as a first-class product rather than a long city ride: a route planned in advance, a pickup time you choose, one fare agreed before departure, and the same tracking and assistance as every other RideNova trip.
Planned, not hailed
Reserve ahead for a date and time rather than requesting a car and hoping one takes the route. The captain knows the journey before accepting it.
One fare, agreed first
Distance, duration, tolls and return leg are settled into a single estimate before you confirm — no meter running for four hours.
Routes open one at a time
A corridor appears only when captains, permits and support genuinely cover both ends of it. An empty map is more useful than a map of routes nobody can drive.
Same safety, longer trip
Verified captains, live trip sharing and in-app assistance run for the whole journey, not just the first ten minutes.
In development — no routes open. Nothing on this page can be booked. Register for launch updates and we will say when Intercity opens, and where.

Asked first
BEFORE YOU RIDE.
Straight answers, including the one about price: we will not put a number on a trip before we know the city it happens in.
When can I book a ride?
RideNova has not launched yet, so nothing on this page describes a service running today. Hyderabad is the city we are preparing first, and it is the only one we are naming until service there is live.
See the launch cityWhat will a ride cost?
We do not publish fares on this site. What a trip costs depends on the city, the ride option, the distance and duration, and demand at the time you book — so the app estimates your specific route before you confirm it, and the fare is settled in the app afterwards.
Which ride option should I choose?
Bike for a solo run through dense traffic, Auto for a short hop or a last-mile connection, Go for the everyday commute, Prime when arriving well matters, and XL for a group with luggage. Each option lists its capacity and what it suits.
Compare all five optionsHow are captains verified?
Every captain is onboarded with identity, licence and vehicle documents on file, and trips are monitored for route irregularities and long unexplained stops. Safety is designed into the platform rather than added to it later.
How safety is builtCan someone follow my trip?
Yes. From the trip screen you can send a live link to anyone you choose; they see the route and the arrival time without installing anything. Emergency assistance is one tap away on the same screen.
Can I share a ride with someone going the same way?
Not yet. Carpool is a product in development. The plan is to match riders whose pickup and drop sit close to a route already being driven, with a capped number of seats, each fare set before you confirm, and a standard ride offered instead if nothing matches by departure.
How Carpool will workCan I book a trip between two cities?
Not yet. Intercity is a product in development and no routes are open. The plan is advance booking for a chosen date and time, one fare agreed before departure covering distance, duration and tolls, and a corridor opening only once captains, permits and support cover both ends of it.
How Intercity will workHow does RideNova pay its captains?
RideNova plans to charge captains a flat subscription for access to the platform rather than taking a percentage commission from each fare. It is the intended model, not a live service, and no plan price has been published. Driver-subscription pricing is not unique to RideNova.
