Careers at RideNova
BUILD WHAT MOVES A CITY.
RideNova has not launched. The product, the playbook and the team are all being written for the first time — and the people who join now decide how a city gets moved.

Why RideNova
01
EARLY IS THE WHOLE POINT.
Joining before launch is a trade. You give up the certainty of a company that already works, and you get to decide how this one will. Here is what that looks like in practice, without the recruiting varnish.
Ownership from the first decision
Nothing here is inherited. Dispatch rules, the fare breakdown a rider sees, the tone of a support reply — someone writes each of them for the first time. The people who arrive early write more of them.
Systems that meet the street
Matching, routing, pricing and dispatch do not stay in a simulator. They run against traffic, weather, a cancelled trip and a driver waiting at a gate, and the feedback arrives the same day.
Problems at city scale
A minute taken off a wait is a minute returned to everyone who was waiting. The work is often small in code and large in consequence — and it is measurable in both directions.
A short distance to the decision
A pre-launch team has very little between an idea and a trial. You sit close to the riders and drivers the product is for, and close to the call that ships it.
What early also means
Fewer answers than questions, a plan that will change more than once, and stretches where the honest status is “we do not know yet”. If you want a defined lane and a mature playbook, we are not that company yet — and saying so now is fairer than letting you discover it in month two.
How we hire
02
FOUR STEPS. NO SURPRISES.
The whole process is printed here so you can decide whether it is worth your evenings before you spend any of them. There is no hidden fifth stage and no take-home exercise built out of work we would otherwise pay for.
- 01
Introduction
A half-hour conversation about what you have built, what you want to build next, and what we are actually trying to do. No puzzles, no trick questions.
- 02
Craft conversation
One long session on real work: a system you designed, a decision you would take back, and a live problem from our own list. Your own tools, your own approach.
- 03
Team session
You meet the people you would sit beside and ask the uncomfortable questions — ownership, runway, how decisions actually get made. This one runs in both directions.
- 04
Decision
A clear yes or no, with the reasoning behind it. If it is a no, you hear why, from a person — not from silence.
We aim to keep the whole conversation inside two weeks and to reply to everyone who writes to us. If you need an adjustment at any stage — timing, format, or anything that would make the process work better for you — say so and we will arrange it.
Open roles
03
THE BOARD IS EMPTY.
We would rather show you an empty board than invent a vacancy. Nothing is posted today, there is no quieter list you are missing, and this page is the first place a real role will appear.
Nothing open right now.
When a team opens, the role is written out in full here — what it owns, who it works with, where it is based, and what the first weeks look like. Until then, this space stays blank on purpose.
The most useful thing you can do today is tell us where you would fit.

Life here
04
PRINCIPLES, NOT PERKS.
We are not going to publish a benefits table we have not finalised, and nobody ever stayed anywhere for the snacks. What we can publish is how we intend to work — which is also what you can hold us to.
- Write it down.
- Decisions live in documents, not in the memory of whoever happened to be in the room. If it was not written, it was not decided.
- Ship onto the street.
- Nothing is finished in staging. The measure of the work is what happens on a real trip, with a real driver and a real rider at either end of it.
- Say the hard number early.
- Estimates, risks and mistakes get stated plainly, at the point where they are still cheap to act on. Late honesty costs somebody their evening.
- Two seats, every time.
- Every change has a driver on one side and a rider on the other. Both are considered before either one ships.
- Quiet craft over announcements.
- We would rather one thing be right than five things be launched. The machinery nobody photographs is the part people feel.
- A pace we can hold.
- A launch is long. We plan for the speed we can sustain for a year, not the one that looks heroic for a fortnight.
If any of that sounds like the way you already work, we would like to know you before we are hiring. If you would rather ask a question first, write to us.

Pre-launch
READY TO MOVE?
Your city is waiting.
Set your destination, see the fare before you confirm, and follow the car from the moment it turns your way.
- For riders
- Practical choices, transparent journeys and simple booking — bikes, autos and cabs in one account.
- For drivers
- A platform built around better economics and support: a flat plan instead of a cut of every fare.
RideNova has not launched yet. Availability opens one city at a time — Hyderabad is marked “Coming soon”, and it is the only city we are naming.
