About RideNova

Pre-launch

WE’RE BUILDING A BETTER WAY TO MOVE.

A company is easiest to judge before it launches, when all it has is the standard it set for itself.

RideNova is an urban mobility platform connecting riders and driver partners across bikes, autos and cabs — with shared Carpool and city-to-city Intercity products in development, and a commercial model built on captain subscriptions rather than a commission on every fare.

It is being built now — the matching, the routing, the dispatch and the fare estimation that decide whether a ride is worth trusting. This page is what we are holding ourselves to while we do it.

What we’re building

Three principles

THREE THINGS WE REFUSE TO GET WRONG.

Not a feature list. Three commitments we would like to be held to once the first city opens — and which shape what gets built between now and then.

  • A price you can see first.

The estimate belongs at the start of the journey, not at the end of it. You should be able to look at a fare, decide it is worth it, and get in without doing arithmetic in the back seat.

Upfront estimates, the surcharge named rather than buried, and a receipt that reads the same way the quote did.

  • Arrival, on the first try.

Matching, routing, dispatch and estimation are not plumbing behind the product — they are the product. Everything a rider feels is downstream of whether those four are honest about the street.

We would rather spend a year on the machinery nobody photographs than a week on a screen that photographs well.

  • Two people on every trip.

A rider and a captain. A design that works beautifully for one of them and quietly costs the other is not finished, it is unbalanced — and cities feel that imbalance long before a spreadsheet does.

Clear earnings, routes that respect a driver’s day, and support that answers from either side of the windscreen.

Our belief

RideNova — Pre-launch

WE BELIEVE MOVEMENT SHOULD FEEL EFFORTLESS.

A city is only as open as its ability to move. When getting across town is slow, unpredictable or simply exhausting, the map quietly shrinks — and so does what a day can hold.

We think a ride should be the calmest part of that day. A price you can see before you commit. A car that arrives when it said it would. A route that behaves the way the street actually behaves.

So we are building RideNova around the unglamorous things — matching, routing, dispatch, fare estimation — and holding them to the standard usually reserved for the parts people notice.

And a calm ride cannot be paid for out of the driver’s week. That is why the platform is designed to be paid by subscription rather than by a cut of every fare: the cost of the software should not rise because someone worked harder on a Friday. Affordable mobility for riders. Better economics for drivers.

We have not launched yet, and we would rather say that plainly. What we can offer now is intent: to open one city at a time, to earn every ride, and to keep the experience as considered on an ordinary Tuesday as on the first day.

— The RideNova team

More than a ride. A better way to move.

“A ride should ask nothing of you. No negotiation, no guessing — only the quiet certainty of arriving.”

A principle we are building toward — not a description of today.

How we work

Operating beliefs

HOW WE WORK.

Five beliefs that decide what gets built, in what order, and what we are willing to say out loud while we build it.

  • Build the unglamorous parts first.

Dispatch, fare estimation and support decide whether a ride feels good. They get finished before anything that only looks good.

  • Say what is true, including “not yet”.

We have not launched. Where we do not have a real number, we leave the placeholder visible instead of inventing one — including on this website.

  • One city at a time.

A city is not a market. It is a road network, a rhythm and a set of habits, and it deserves to be learned before it is entered.

  • Design for the worst ten minutes.

Late at night, in the rain, on an unfamiliar street, with a phone at four percent. If the experience holds there, the easy days take care of themselves.

  • Write the rules down.

Pricing, safety and support policies should be legible to the people they affect — and stay legible as the company grows.

Where we’re going

BUILT FOR CITIES. READY FOR THE WORLD.

We open one city at a time. Each launch begins with the road network, the shape of demand across a day, and dispatch and fare estimation tuned to how that city actually moves.

Gold marks Hyderabad, the city we are preparing to open. It is the only city RideNova names, and it is not in service today.

RideNova is preparing for launch. No service is live yet. Every city below is a launch candidate, shown with its current status. Coverage, timing and availability will be confirmed before any city opens.

Press

No coverage yet

PRESS ENQUIRIES.

RideNova has not launched, so there is nothing to collect here yet — no clippings, no logos, no quotes. We would rather leave the page honest than fill it with coverage we have not earned.

If you are writing about urban mobility and want to speak to us, the contact page reaches the team directly. Mark your message for press and it will find the right desk.

What we can talk about

  • The product, and how the platform is being built
  • Our approach to safety and rider trust
  • How we intend to open cities, one at a time

We don’t discuss unannounced launch dates, and we won’t give you a figure we cannot stand behind.

Careers

COME BUILD IT WITH US.

There is no wall of headshots on this page. We are early, the team is still forming, and introducing a masthead before there is a company behind it would be the opposite of how we would like to be read.

What we can tell you is what the work is: dispatch, routing, estimation, safety and support, built carefully enough that a stranger will get into a car because of it.

How we hire — and anything we are currently looking for — lives on the careers page.

What we look for

  • Craft over urgency

People who finish the last ten percent, because that is the part a rider actually touches.

  • Ownership without ceremony

Fewer handoffs, fewer status meetings, more of the thing being carried end to end.

  • Plain language

Write it down, say it once, and say it the way you would to someone waiting on a kerb.

Pre-launch

READY TO MOVE?

Your city is waiting.

Set your destination, see the fare before you confirm, and follow the car from the moment it turns your way.

For riders
Practical choices, transparent journeys and simple booking — bikes, autos and cabs in one account.
For drivers
A platform built around better economics and support: a flat plan instead of a cut of every fare.

RideNova has not launched yet. Availability opens one city at a time — Hyderabad is marked “Coming soon”, and it is the only city we are naming.
