The RideNova Difference

The platform is paid by subscription, not by a cut of your fare.
Captains are planned to pay a flat plan fee instead of a percentage of every trip, so a busier week does not cost more to work. Plans, prices and eligibility are published once confirmed.
The estimate you see is the arithmetic, not a number pulled from nowhere.

Beyond the everyday trip
Two products in development
Sharing a route with someone going the same way, and crossing the distance between two cities, are different problems from hailing a car for four kilometres. Both are being built as products of their own — and neither can be booked yet.
Shared rides

Carpool matches riders already heading in a similar direction onto one route, so a car that was carrying one person carries three. Fewer vehicles for the same number of journeys is the point — the lower fare is the consequence.
City to city

Intercity is the longer journey treated as a first-class product rather than a long city ride: a route planned in advance, a pickup time you choose, one fare agreed before departure, and the same tracking and assistance as every other RideNova trip.

Streets fill, empty and fill again. RideNova is being built for that rhythm — a network that reads the city as it is now, and moves with it.
Traffic, weather and demand shift by the minute. A city is a moving target, and a journey has to be planned against the version of it that exists now.
RideNova is being built to redraw a trip when the road changes, rather than holding on to a plan the street has already left behind.
Dispatch is designed to pair each request with the nearest suitable captain, then hold that pairing steady from acceptance to pickup.

A ride is a coordination problem. RideNova is built as one connected system — live positions, road conditions and demand patterns resolving into a single decision: who goes, by which road, at what fare.

Gold marks Hyderabad, the city we are preparing to open. It is the only city RideNova names, and it is not in service today.

Our belief
RideNova — Pre-launch
A city is only as open as its ability to move. When getting across town is slow, unpredictable or simply exhausting, the map quietly shrinks — and so does what a day can hold.
We think a ride should be the calmest part of that day. A price you can see before you commit. A car that arrives when it said it would. A route that behaves the way the street actually behaves.
So we are building RideNova around the unglamorous things — matching, routing, dispatch, fare estimation — and holding them to the standard usually reserved for the parts people notice.
And a calm ride cannot be paid for out of the driver’s week. That is why the platform is designed to be paid by subscription rather than by a cut of every fare: the cost of the software should not rise because someone worked harder on a Friday. Affordable mobility for riders. Better economics for drivers.
We have not launched yet, and we would rather say that plainly. What we can offer now is intent: to open one city at a time, to earn every ride, and to keep the experience as considered on an ordinary Tuesday as on the first day.
